    i looked at it.

do you get paid by the total miles driven per day and thats the scale you use or is it per trip (or load) and thats the CPM you get. :biggrin_2554:

loaded and empty dispatched miles = total miles per trip

pay is for total dispatched miles per trip

a load going 317 (loaded miles) + 175 empty miles would be 492 paided miles

what is the point of the scale?

because you have more UNPAID miles on short runs than you do on longer runs % wise

a 2000 mile trip my have 50-75 unpaide miles a 400 mile trip may have the same
also if you have say 2 200 mile trips the same day you may have up to 50 unpaid miles + more time doing the drop and hook, you d & h to pick up the 1st load then d & h and the end then d & h to start the next and d & h to finish the 2nd so the pay is HIGHTER for shorter runs,

the old (non sliding pay scale) paid all miles the same as the new 600 mile rate

How the heck do you keep up with how you should be getting paid for what and what miles for what pay. This looks like it can get real confusing ...............

think that's bad trying going from team to solo back to team then solo then back to team again.... every time i was solo i had to call to find out what i was getting paid for each load.....

realy it's not hard just get a copy of the pay scale and when you get the load info just add the milage up then you will know

Sounds like you have to document everything you do on the side to cover your butt to make sure you get paid???
