You really need to raise hell with your fleet manager about getting you another tractor. There are plenty of miles available. If your fleet manager wont do anything then go up the chain of command. This is an unacceptable situation and you really need to jack somebody up for some breakdown pay. My last 6 weeks with USA Truck was something like this. I raised so much hell about the junk they had me driving they just got rid of me, but I am making more $$ with WSE and right at this moment I am much happier.
Starting to regret

I got my payroll mac today on the Q com. I had a crappy week because I took part of thursday then 3 full days on hometime. But I thought about something that actually made me smile. My net pay (what I made not what I took home) even on a crappy week was almost the same as a regular week with USA Truck.

Amen!!! My Fleet Manager is running me so hard my eyes are bugging out. Yesterday my payroll Q-com was the best check I have ever had in my entire life. I had an almost 3000 week with some detention pay. I had a flat tire fixed yesterday and while I was waiting on the man to come fix it I thought about how the last 30 days has turned out. Yes it's a bummer sitting around docks for 2 or 3 hours, but honestly everything Doug Parchman told me when he recruited me here has turned out to be the truth. I was fired from my old job at USA Truck with less then 1 year of experience plus a preventable accident, but I remember thinking that first weekend in Roanoke Va while waiting on my ride back home to show this will be a blessing, and so far it has been. WSE took a chance on me, and so far I have made all my critical appointments. Yes I missed some, but most of those misses were caused by me being held up on another dock, and NONE of them were my fault. While I am not driving a great truck it does run, has no issues that puts me in the shop 2 days out of 7 like my last 2 trucks with USA Truck did. So as of this date I take back anything negative made in that first post. I also highly recommend WSE to any person looking for a good place to drive.
