You made a good choice if you learn quickly. Prime has an extended training program which I decided was not for me. I think you will do just fine. You know the english language and rules of grammar quite well.:biggrin_25525:

I am upset that I will have to take my permit test all over again. I have it in Missouri my home state. I checked with both the state of Utah and Central they both said I will have to take the test all over again. I do have a question, I was on Utah's website and Central is an aproved trainers do learn there and test there or do you go to the DMV to take the tests?

Well we r delivering our last load otr and going dedicated in the morning. Decided to go on the dole fleet. Funny though this last week we will have close to 6000 miles. Don't u love it when these dm's tease you with miles like that when they find out you might leaving their fleet. Lol. Although I can say our dm has been great. She is always quick to respond when we need something. It will be interesting to find out what kind of over-mileage charge we get hit with though. Hope the miles where worth it. The last 2 weeks have been about 180-200 each week running about 4700 average. Everyone drive safe n hope to see you one the road.

I will be very interested in how you guys do on Dole - Klingon and I almost jumped ship and joined Dole (but we gave our word so we didn't - sigh) and who knows what the future might bring :D

Personally I could not handle dedicated. It is either in your blood or not. I just can't handle the repetition and the reason for going over the road was to see different things and places. The good thing about dedicated is you always make the same pay and go to the same places. No need for directions. You always know what you are doing and there are no surprises.

I just prefer the open road.

Not true. While I do go to quite few places quite often I am all over the map. Since I joined kraft I have been too 45 of the lower 48. I never know where I am going till I read the dispatch. Pay isn't always the same either..

Guess we need to clarify 'dedicated' :biggrin_25523:

Dedicated route no.. Dedicated account yes. I prefer the later...
