Rate sheets

    Where can I get sample of rate sheets? I want to submit some rates to a energy company to haul there frac sand. Need to look at some samples if possible. I know what the going rates are, just don't know the format.

    Hey Mark,
    Here is a sample of contracts that I use.
    It is very basic, just one step above a hand shake agreement.
    But it is a starting point and gets both parties on the same page for pricing and services that are being proformed.
