Hello all,
First of all I am not a truck driver, I do hold a CDL from a previous job however it was a requirement that we get the CDL... I drove a 1/2 ton pickup most of the time. We did have some heavy equipment hence the CDL.
Retired from the Army, retired from D.R.E.M.C........ Drawing my rocking chair money now..
My dad drove a truck all his life, my brother drives still, retiring this December.
I have been in RV's for the pass 10-12 years, always on the CB, mostly just listening and learning about the traffic.
I am interested in trucking, like the people ( most anyway) just wanted to hang out here if thats ok... We have driven this country east to west and back several times over the last 40 plus years but it nothing like driving the trucks. We got to travel at our own pace, stop whenever we liked, and go whenever we got ready...
Anyway I'll be hanging around....
might see ya on the road somewhere.
The Phantom409 was a call sign from my military days. nothing to do with trucking history..
New to forum...

TTR and Trucking- two good ways to stimulate the brain- come on in, enjoy yourself ! -
How does one stimulate the brain "trucking",I ask and wonder..
-
Are you kidding? Jumping to conclusions, ducking responsibility, lifting spirits, running the mouth, dodging rules.. can anyone add a few?

Dancing around the truth, swallowing the companies bull.
