hi, I know someone who lost his CDL because of speeding. Now the question is, will he be able to move out of that state and get new? Does anyone know what can be done. thx

No. You cannot just move to another state and get a new license. Doesn't work that way. He has to pay his dues.
Lost for speeding? What was he doing? 100+
Must have some other things in the mix. You don't just lose your license for speeding. -
His CDL was suspended just for speeding? Obviously not just one time. Or, was in a school/construction zone going really fast.
Either way, no. And beside that, he shouldn't. If he can't drive safe, he shouldn't be on the road. -

Losing his license was the consequence for his actions. He needs to man up and take responsibility for his actions instead of trying to skirt the law and basically "get away with it". He made the decision to speed, evidently multiple times, and now he has to live with it.
