No. You cannot just move to another state and get a new license. Doesn't work that way. He has to pay his dues.

Must have some other things in the mix. You don't just lose your license for speeding.

 

His CDL was suspended just for speeding? Obviously not just one time. Or, was in a school/construction zone going really fast.

Either way, no. And beside that, he shouldn't. If he can't drive safe, he shouldn't be on the road.

Losing his license was the consequence for his actions. He needs to man up and take responsibility for his actions instead of trying to skirt the law and basically "get away with it". He made the decision to speed, evidently multiple times, and now he has to live with it.

 

sorry new here off topic question- I failed a dot physical. Can i go to a different Dr. who will pass me?

 

Any doctor can give a DOT physical, LPN's can as well to my knowledge.

No he cant just move to another state and apply for another CDL. If his CDL was suspended for 60 days he will just have to wait and reapply for them then.

Wanna bet? Only takes 15mph over 3 times in a few years time and your out for 60 days.
