Drivers pay attention!!

Stormey just start running your vehicle the speed limit and you shouldn't have any more issues.

 

Really, fired because of a call in, no accident, no incident, i mean, people could do that all the time because they hate a certain company.....wait a minute, that gives me an idea lol

 

You're a representative of the company. Most safety directors don't like callins. And if you admit there was an incident and thought it was okay to react a certain way against the driver in defense, you might find your next load going towards the terminal.

People don't call out of the blue. Usually something happened to make the other person furious. This particular case, the lady did everything short of writing her congressman. Like Meltom said, repeated reports are not taken seriously.

Let's say you spilled a drink and in a panic you bend over to grab your cup. Meanwhile you swerved halfway in the other lane and ran a fourwheeler in the grass. The 4wheeler recovers but calls on you and says you ran them off the road and kept going. Do you think this will be ignored?

 

Almost is the key word here, there was no accident and I will tell you this, if drivers can be fired because of call ins, nobody will have a job including you, you think because the company never said anything to you that you have never been called in on, I doubt it. And any company that would fire a driver for this is trash anyway and on their way out.

If this does work though it would be a neat trick to get rid of trucking companies I don't like, like conway freight, always in the friggin way when I'm in my 4wheeler, might have to make some calls.

 

No need to go away, it's good to add an outsiders perspective on here. Things get way too one sided when it's all drivers.
