    Find a job Driving local on the night shift.

    Just driving in the Winter driving is no fun, and no money to be made
    I had a run once a week from Chicago to Cadilac MI. and let me tell you, In the winter it's hell from nov thru march, lake effect snow seems like every day

    drive a school bus!! my dad did it for the last 15 years till he retired. If I recall correctly his pay was about $28K his last year.
    Its really a pretty good deal for the amount of time it requires. He only worked 4 houres a day, got benifits and summers off.

    And just to tell You I am looking for something like now. and i am really considering the bus driving as I like my weekend s as well.
