    Hi,

I am interested to know if you take the time to file IFTA on your own or that "stuff" is too complicated for you and you hire someone? Share your stories.

If you file yourself, do you use software or old pen and paper? If you don't do it yourself, then who do you use and how much do you pay?

Overall, I'm wondering what percentage of you out there are office handy enough to do it on your own?

Me for instance, I file for others :)

I file ours. IFTA is way too simple to file on your own, to pay someone to do it. Unless you simply don't have the time and an internet connection. I use a spread sheet, it figures everything for me and all I do is plug the numbers into the online form and boom, I'm done.

I have gotten a quote from a company in my area who charges an arm and a leg for it. I think it was 40$ per truck, per month. Isn't that a little bit pricy? I thought so.

I've seen $150 per quarter for a single truck, which is ridiculous, in my book, but hey, everyone has to make a living. Just not from me, since it's so easy to do on your own.
