It never hurts to ask and the worse they can say is no. If they say no then you have a business decision to make.

What your gonna find with most of the newbees in the industry, that sign up for the JB Hunts of the world, are as about as usefull as tits on a bull. I guess i now know why i dont work for JB, or any of many companies that hire meat in the seat type of drivers, that qualify as people who drive truck, and not truck drivers.

Most of the smart ### drivers that have no respect, are the same ones that like to tailgate in the hammer lane with there 62 mph truck trying to pass a 65 mph truck, and get hammerd on the cb radio (come on JB Hunt, get the h#ll out of the middel lane) Just answer the damd ? guys.

 

Yes, you can take unpaid vacation. Just give them a few months of a heads up. I took Christmas -New Years off unpaid. I just stayed out for a few extra days for it to count towards what I took off.

 

What i find hilarious is the fact that your responding to a post thats almost 2 years old. Go to NEW POSTS. Thats where all the posts that matter are located.
