Holland enterprises

Ive seen the negative about holland on here and i am gonna debunk it as not likely.. i started with them in march the orientation was nice laid back and simple the best one i ever had to deal with i was leary about e-logs but now i dont want paper i have put down roughly 12,300 to just shy of 15,000 a month they keep me moving they are a great bunch of people they all for the most part are pretty funny people im almost always preplanned and ive only swapped a load once thats because ia team grabbed a load for me in portland going to illinois and i grabbed there load out of seattle swapped in ritzville the pay is a bit low not bad though i have seen worse just about everywhere else but they keep the miles there i have to say its the place i have worked in my entire driving career been at it for 14 years...im returning i had to take about 3 weeks off for a nagging back injury but am returning happily so i suggest anyone looking for a good solid job with a small mid size company check them out i sure am glad i did...

 

they say fargo thats there old yard but they still use fargo its actually mapleton,nd I94 x338 u can see it from the highway

 

well thats cool they hire out of ca i know we have 10-15 drivers from there its a great company they are all pretty strait people all out trucks are equipped with fridges and you can buy a 1500 watt inverter thru them and they will give you a warranty to replace as long as you are with the company they always work with you when you need it they run there dispatchers by region its not all that bad im always preplanned they repair the truck completely not just enough to get rolling again.. all trucks are running a.p.u's they are running 565 detroit dd15's but of course thats at 1800rpm and in 10th we turn 1450 and every gear tops out at about 1750 though i have run it to about 1850 these trucks will pull i have no problem passing i run 31-34mph up most of these passes in the west...you shoulds seriously check them out 800-800-2635 tell them rich erdman referred ya

 

i have never p/u in rocklin but i have heard a couple of are drivers have i normally p/u in union city,lathrop

 

i dont even think we get a bonus for that i believe in helping drivers find jobs in this crap economy
