    Bumpers, don't let that "people disappearing" complex get to ya. I'm an "here and there" sort; some days I'm here, some days I'm somewhere else. This past week or so I've been working and haven't had much time to pop in. It's great to see y'all again.

    I didn't have to use the back button once in this post, nor did I have to edit for my own good. I've been (un)lucky so far, and not got a spanking from any of the mods.

    That's good to know YOUR O.K...:biggrin_25525: Still,I wonder why;(time for a little story) As a 20 year something,I welded in a shop for 5 years,-making air compressors-so we all worked on a "line". Although most of us worked well together and were buds also away from there,Friday bar-hoppin,house parties,etc.,I remember there was this one ol' boy I COULD NOT stand...EVERYDAY,whinin about this,that,and EVERYTHING..:biggrin_25521:
    After 2 long years,he was let go,and I was so happy about it,I gOt a DUI..:biggrin_25513:But that ain't my point,his "replacement"got on my nerves 5 times worse than the "original".

    What's my point?Hell,I dunno,I don't even know why I told that story...NEVERMIND..:biggrin_255:

    When I was in Kindergarten in Texas my teachers woud use a paddle. So, when a kid got out of hand the paddle was used (very lightly) on the misbehaved child. Well I became so used to the routine that one time I got in trouble for cutting another kid's hair that I got the paddle. After the teacher was done I looked back at her and said "That's it? That did'nt hurt!" Well the teacher was upset and gave my parents a call and dad came the next day and took the paddle home. He made an identical one like it and the next time I misbehaved I felt the sting....:biggrin_25521:
