Truckers Rights

What type of abuse? Physical or Verbal? If physical fight back, don't stop until they no longer move.. Verbal, give it right back, don't take shet from anyone period.. Then report them to your companies training department, and get off their truck.. Other than that, there is really noting out there that really helps protects truckers rights..

 

Are you a male or female? Makes a big difference so do the circumstances and whether you have any proof too.

 

you were physically beaten and the company didn't care. Your company sucks, and you should go somewhere else.

 

I have my doubts but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt till we get the rest of the story.

 

Was it reported to the police? If not, why not? Both physically sexually abused, and just mad because you have to wait for another trainer and being taken off the payroll until then. Something just doesn't add up...

 

a normal person would prly just walk out of trk at nxt stop and not come back,the company will usually help w/ transportation if you allege abuse, nothing will happen to trainer unless there is a clear history of students reporting similar stuff.

i doubt it happend,but if they got physical w/ you,calling the police would be the 2nd best thing to do, i would also bet you arent completely innocent.

 

To the OP, as much as I hate to say this: "Welcome to the industry"

You gotta know how to stand up for yourself to survive out on the road. You should have reported to the police if the abuse went physical. Being that you didn't; the case is likely to get overthrown.

 

To the OP;
If your gonna post something like this(which btw a good topic) please be informative and state your WHOLE case(Notice all the ?'s from others)

And it would help all those that follow you into this company to know what company this is(Lookin out for you fellow driver)

All that being said,Im sorry that you were abused in anyway at all,in that enviroment there is absolutley no reason for any type of abuse.

Please repost all that was done by this company and what resoution was came too...
