Greetings From South FL!

Hey, nice to finally join the forum after lurking about for a few months.

A little about me, I'm 23 and I've always wanted to get into trucking since I was a teen, and now I get to start to fulfill one of my goals in my life.

Right now, I'm a A&P mechainic. I've seen a few of my kind on this board so I know I'm not the only one. I love aviation it's my passion in life, I love what I do. But right now I'm out of work, so I figured I would just get my CDL. I need to get it regardless for future jobs. (Alot of companies ask for a CDL)

I've been reading this board so I know what type of industry I'm getting into, trust me aviation isn't much of a cakewalk too....But I always say, if it's something your interested in and know deep inside you want to do it because you enjoy it, not forced to. You will enjoy it good or bad.

I hope to make some new friends here, and to get some tips. I'm going to a local truck school near me, it checks out. Then I hope to be OTR for at least 2 to 3 years.

Other then that, I like music, cars, motorcycles, and of course anything that flies (and comes back down in one peice, LOL). Hope to hear from the vets and the rookies on this board.
