And just how do you figure this as a "unsafe?" You are WARNING other motorists, (no matter what they are driving,) that you are moving considerably lower than other traffic. So please, tell us what is "unsafe" about that?

Utah even has signs posted along some of our highways TELLING slow moving vehicles to use their 4 way flashers.

    BigJohn54 Thanks this.

Hmmmm. Ya left out a couple of things here. How about those who don't HAVE any hair left? And how about the blue hairs that are driving those other big old tuna boats, other than Caddys?

And then you have the tourons, (tourist and moron) that are driving their rented motor homes? ALL these folks probably need flashers and escort cars to go with them!:biggrin_25525:

    johnday and 123456 Thank this.

i hate the ---"hey i nkow that guy--i am going to stop in the hammer lane, roll down my window and ask if he is ok"--
i honestely think that one minor accident turns into 3 major accidents cause of everybody trying to pop their eyeballs out and see something

My favorite is the braindead nimrod driving his white vehicle in a whiteout blizzard w/ no lights on.

    3. sportsman/hunting gloves, kenai is the brand name that i have, made neoprene and look like something a skin diver would wear. they don't keep your hands dry but they help to keep your fingers from freezing, and you can feel what your doing when your wrasslin with chains. $16 at the sporting goods store. (priceless in my book)

I spent nearly a decade with the Washoe County Sheriff's Office in Reno, NV. I used to use my dive gear gloves in cold weather as well.

The trick to keeping your hands warm as well as dry is to invest in a box of latex medical gloves. Just put them on first and then slip your neoprene gloves on over them. This technique works for any type of glove. We used to do it so as not to come in contact with blood-borne pathogens.

You should be able to find a box of gloves at any local pharmacy.

Hope you find this tip helpful.
