    Incorrect. Take the three he mentioned in series and do the math. He is over driving everything by over 2:1. The channel 6 boys do this for short keydowns by keeping a bucket of pills handy. This may be worth it for short keys in hopes of a 50K prize but not how you run gear for reliable communicating for extended periods.

    So it notbeing done correctly???
    you can run a cobra 29 into a 1x4 into a 16 pill
    then a cobra into a 2pill into a 6 pill then into a 24 pill then you can run a 2/6 into a 32 pill just cruising it
    all boxes listed are of a custom built kind
    nothing near texas star or comet or palomar cheap quick watts

    The Texas Star amps might not be as efficient as the class C amps but they are fairly clean as far as CB amps go (as long as they are exited with a clean signal).

    Not really...They aren't any "cleaner" than the Davemades, XForces, palomars or any other Amp hooked up to a CB...

    With any Amp, what go's in...comes out louder....So....
