I have been working for a company in SW Kansas since I got out of CDL driving school December of 2010.
I have some experience with vacuum tanker trailers, and bobtail tank, and bobtail dump truck. the company I am with now prefers Mack trucks, and I have driven a 9speed, 10speed, 13speed, and 18speed. I do not currently have my hazmat endorsement, but I do not see a problem obtaining it once I am able to afford it.
where I am at currently, I drive during the week, dispatch on weekends, and occasionally on call for late call outs. Business in this area is slow, and the company I am with is downsizing.
If it is possible to obtain some type of moving allowance or assistance I would be interested in moving to Texas and working in the oil and gas fields there doing similar work to what I am doing now. (hauling water, produced water, kcl, etc.) If there is any company in Southern Kansas, or Oklahoma I would also consider moving there. (I see more posts about oilfield driving jobs in Texas)
Any information about assistance with moving expenses would be appreciated.
Thank you
P.S. I would be interested in hauling other products, or different type of trailer, but I do admit I would need some additional training to do so. my main issue is cost to move where the job is, but I am very willing to work.

Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.
