But isn't that only in a commercial vehicle, not a pov and it sounds as if the poster did it in a pov?

No sir it is not. It applies to a personal vehicle too but the wording is somewhat different. Read the regulations, the first coluum is in a CMV and the second coluum is in a personal vehicle.
That part does not apply since there was no CDL when the offense happened. I presented that information so they could see how that offense is viewed.
I would imagine the safety department at a company frowns on this as a possible pattern. I don't believe it will be a deal-breaker with no CDL involved though.mtnMoma Thanks this. -
Try Schneider to get pre hired they love to hire women driver's it's a good company and i believe their policy is no more than 2 in last3 years and no dui's and one reckless ever. I have worked at schneider for 7+ yrs and they have their quirks but not bad for a mega carrier.
