Yes sir Mr Fire I'll do that complete with references, phone numbers, truck numbers and truck mileage if you would like. Should I also ask to see their pay check to make sure? Oh and I'll get pay roll and dispatcher signature. Please let me know what else you would like. So I won't be sued for slander.foxfire

I couldn't agree with u more foxfire that's y I just gave up abt trying to make a point abt my experience with my current company
hazmat777 Thanks this. -
Trucker I took those quotes from a guy who been there awhile who didn't say nothing bad about them. First off you only run into most problems in a company when there is conflict.
The Dirty trucks and cigarette smell is posted by the person who started the thread. Along with others. So bro. I am glad you have not had a bad experience with the company. I don't have 4kids to feed so I probably could have a nice time with the company 2. I've taken pay cuts b4. Keep us informed about your progress bro. Since you drive for the only company on this forum who doesn't have millage problems, communication issues, Equipment issues, favoritism issues.
Oh ya whats your truck number and id so we can use you as a reference when we come over???

-
From Bobcat 1week ago. Wonder why nobody responded to him yet? X out that communication issue.
Calex
Just curious if any one has had problems with payroll taking out child support? I'm here two months this Monday and have yet to have this issue resolved. Gail has the letter from the court ordering it to be taken out and she says it was forwarded to the payroll company. I have tried contacting the payroll company both by phone calls and email and am getting nowhere. Any suggestions? -
That is so sad to hear people say THAT is exactly what these boards should be for. the TRUTH of OUR experience. Good ...bad or ugly. By speaking up and telling our opinons to each other then maybe we empower those to speak up that don't normally and thats how things get changed.

I don't ask for referrals so u won't get it from me and has for bobcats issue must of missed it I don't go to that thread to much cause johnboy and others do a fine job on communication with our drivers but I was in the office when he asked about it and they said they'll look into it and gave him.a number to contact and most of us haven't had issue ya people smoke and if someone knew I'm sure it would've been felt with by safety to get it detail but my trk didn't have that issue and my trk had 184000 on it and a apu I get paid weekly I don't understand how u guys handle that every 2 week
hazmat777 Thanks this. -
Yes this is my first Job that I ever was paid bi weekly. I actually got some information from that site about how to get rid of smoke smell. I want to copy and paste it so I won't forget. Since they are not buying new trucks I may get into a smokers truck like I did the other week. When I took a loaner to UT and it made me sick. I was constantly spraying and nothing would help. I seen you get 1400+miles in 2 days. That's some pretty good scratch. I think I would get sick of going back to PA every week.
I like the 2week thing only because it doesn't stress you out, that you have to get a gazillion miles in b4 the pay period end. You have a little space, but I am tired of starving or having to use cash advance money the following week. It also helps me for my child support, because If I had a bad week I would only be able to send a little to my kids, but if 1 week is bad and 1 week is good. They will usually get the whole amount.
Trk 338 right I know you guys don't hire out of okc. So I'm just messing with you. I know 40 use to be a good place to live but from the truck stop books. Oklahoma is not in a lot of the hiring area's. Oh well. Guess I have to stick it out here, and read of those big bucks at calex, and that fun playground equipment u guys get to haul. -
Doing a 34hr reset in Rogers, MN. Deliver Monday 0800 right down the road so great spot for a TA, at least for me on this load.
I would like to put my 2cents in and just say this; "No disrespect intended but I would appreciate if you two guys would take the CALEX sh#t elsewhere." Go start another thread or something but I don't see how any bickering about anything that has to do with what or how CALEX operates belongs on this thread regardless of whether or not you used to work here, are working here or want to work here.
I have read all posts on this thread from start to finish and am not saying discussion isn't welcome, but please can we stick to J.B.S. content?
Like I said, it's just my 2cents but just feel there are many more appropriate places to argue about your own personal experiences with CALEX then here on a thread about J.B.S.
LIKE I WAS TOLD IN ORIENTATION:
I don't care about what your experiences were like at another company. You are at J.B.S. now.
Thanks and hope no one takes that personal as it was not meant to be a personal attack, simply a request and expression of my 2cents
nanakatmck, robz1017 and Jarhed1964 Thank this. -
I don't mind gng back to pa has I have made some pretty good friends out there plus I don't have to worry abt getting miles in as I know mine cause run coast to coast I run 2800 to 3k in 5 days the only think I hate is the mandatory 34 in pa but used to it now helps me visit with friends etc /
-
That's a little strange to have a mandatory 34 when you can probably take a day off and you will only lose the 11+ hours a day. But still not to bad to add another 10. Plus my thing with those type of runs when bad weather start is heading up that way. You know you are going to run into it as apposed to getting a load to florida or something and missing it. I see that go guys go up to Canada quite a bit also, but looks like you don't have to if you don't want to.
