Those would be two week checks, not certain if that's gross or net, depending on if he's working days off or anything. My bring home tends to sit right in the middle of the range he mentioned.

    Luzon,
Is this Martin out of Kilgore? Is this miles/load percent or hourly? CDL-A class ends next week and will have T & X. Interested in water to get my foot in the door and tanker experience. Happy trails.

    Waterhauler,
You work out of the same place as Lima? I live over in Rowlett, am nearly finished with my CDL-A class and will have both T & X endorsements. You two seem really satisfied with your current jobs. Are they looking for water tanker drivers and would you recommend this to be a good place to start? If you have any additional information it would be greatly appreciated. Happy trails.

    jvar4001 Thanks this.

No. You don't have to have 2 years exp to haul water anywhere that I know of. Some require a year but there's alot out there that will hire guys with 0 exp.

ok, let me explain. the 1500.00 was the first check, it was a little smaller cause of the dates the weeks ended. the 2100.00 one is a full 2 weeks. i get 40 hours at regular pay then about 26 hours overtime at time and a half. so far im happy. i work for Stallion production services in Decatur Tx. they are hiring, no experience neccessary. but you do have to have a CDL, and hopefully have driven a tractor trailer, but not required. apply in person. 3 miles north of town on hwy 287.

    wingnut105 and jvar4001 Thank this.
