I Have Recently Left Jb Hunt Thank The Lord And Have Been Offered To Local Jobs Both Pay By The Hour. One Is Fedex National Ltl And The Other Is Delivering To Dunkin Donuts. Fedex Is Offering 20.05hr With Benefits After 30 Days And Dunkin Is Offering 22.85 Hr And Benefits After 90 Days Both Have 401k Fedex Offers 1 Week Vacation After 1 Year And Dunkin Offers 3 Weeks Vacation After 1 Year With No Sick Days Or Personal Days Both Are Unloading Of Product But Alot More With Dunkin Anybody Out There Hav Any Good Advice.

Depending on how many hours you will get and how that relates to what you want to make for a gross income.
All things being equal I would probably take the one that paid $2.80 an hr more.
This is one of those things that only you can decide. -
I would take Fedex.The only negative thing in winter time when freight is slow they might give You layoff.Check also their turnover rate.
