5 Years ago I took my first road test and botched it because I am a nervous SB. The next week I passed it even though I messed up the parking test. Through my whole career I never had a road wreck but I always Ined up the trailer with the spot next to the one I was going in.

First of all I believe there should be no teaming when training. I also believe that a student who shows the ability to learn this job but is a little slow grasping it should be allowed to have the proper amount of training necessary to succeed in this business. It doesn't take a lot to determine whether someone has got it or not.

who the hell runs a stop sign on a road test you were probably better off free wheeling and stopping then running a stop sign and the size these carriers are. i highly doubt they give a #### especially if you dont mind being home once a month someone will take you

I failed my road test 40 years ago when I turned 16. Mom and Pop were very happy back then. Now look at me.

lol hell some people judge others differently on a road test i took a road test with roehl out of gary in.. he didnt like the habits i had drivin such as makin someone back up when i was makin a turn when they were over the stop line or goin down the road with my hand on the shifter .. and he failed me glad tho dont think i would of liked workin for them anyways at a good company now and have been for over 2 years. ohh yea asked him to show me how he thought i should drive and he said he doesnt drive.. well i got smart mouth with him and told him guess he shouldnt be tellin others how to drive .. anyways . .not lookin to argue over it dont really care just wanted to let u know sometimes it is just not ment to be.. buit never give up and always be positive .. :biggrin_25520:

I agree... If the fools pull all the way up when your turning...well you make them back because I'm sure not running my trl over anything. If they don't move...well I'll wait for the cops to show up then.
