After I send the depart receiver, if I hadn't let him know already, I send a free form message into my fleet manager letting him know when I can reload.
-
does the qualcom prime uses have the navigation in it? if so is it the most accurate directions?
-
You can send a macro 15 to get routing then a macro 19 for directions to the customer. No, theyre not always right
-
You can fill in macro 47 with your PTA too...
Macro 15 gives you the fastest routing (at the speed limit) and macro 24 gives you the shortest route... they're not always the same.
If you find a problem with macro 19 instructions, you can submit a correction using macro 28. They do get updated...da1 Thanks this. -
I'll try to remember that... hopefully I'll be in my own truck soon
DenaliDad Thanks this. -
Macro 24? You feeling OK? You keep dishing out wrong info...
Macro 24 on my QC is a message informing Prime that the DOT has put you OOS. -
Yikes! Not exactly a macro one would want to send very often.
-
I think he means MAC27, which does not, in fact give you the fastest route. It gives you, what it thinks, is the cheapest route, taking in to account tolls and fuel costs.
-
Lol ROFL!!! I just looked it up lol I'm try to avoid that route lol
