It's actually $500 minimum when they pass, up to $825 depending on how many tries they take, $500 when they get their own truck, $300 at 6 months, and $300 at one year after they pass their test.

Well I gave up the lease Business a while ago. So I'm a company flat bed driver.
On an average week with a student around $1400-$1700 But then throw my fuel Bonuses up to $20"weekly" and student Pay$300 "weekly" and it adds up. There like a surprise you get a huge check than you get a decent few.. The more I train PSD's The more my checks add up. If you refer drivers to them as well you get .01 per mile they drive. I have 9 people that I have referred to prime. so on average I get $30 from that a week. Earlier this year they had a contest for recruiting. Refer 10 drivers and they will buy you a brand new custom engraved I-Pad. Well I got that! So honestly I love my job Definitely Pays my bills!

LOL! Hey I just Like to make sure you would know it very well. As Far as the rest I like too Do the following: If I pull off in a truck stop to take a break. You back it in a spot. If I pull into a Rec/Shpr. Than you back the truck. I always run my 11 than you come on and run until I've had enough. If I am tarping/Straping your Pretriping where I can here you. If I take you back to SpriMo. Than I usually swap with another trainer. That way you don't get used to just me. I know the testers"aquatints" So If you tested and just screwed up or did really well than I'll know. I really push Pretrip. My First student got me reamed Passed all 3 first shot. But I litterally got screamed at for about 20 mins. He would be able to tell you the items knew the general area but couldn't pin point exact part.:biggrin_25518: But any ways
