Dont Quote me on this but. When solo you get solo rate. As for team when I ran team. It was my rate for all the mileage. Split. Being flatbed I got 1/2 stop pay. All the tarp pay. I paid all the tolls as I was lead seat, Bought all equipment. As far as if you are flatbed DON"T GO TEAM!!! Make more solo or training "when you have EXP."
If you are reefer than it'll be Pitstench! If you are F/B it will be Sprimo, Or Texas dedicated and Sw Regional are based outta Duke,Ok.

Heck, I'm based out of Denver, and I run all through that area. Yup, you can be based out of SPRIMO or PRIPIT and run your tookas off in the midwest and northeast. Just ask if you can be based out of whichever terminal (that sometimes takes some doing - easier if you work it at the start,) and let your FM know where you want to run.

    Everett and eastcoastguy1975 Thank this.

The "baby trucks" are "midroofs." You're in the truck you're assigned until a reason comes up to bring you in for a new assignment.

I thought the pete was a flattop where you have to bend over from the steering wheel to the bunk. so the pete is a midroof too? It don't look like it.

They are. It's just that the Pete doesn't have the headroom that a Cascadia or International does. For that matter, a full-size 379 classic Peterbuilt (which we don't run) doesn't have much headroom.
