Yeah I get that. In my previous life I spent some time as a Labor Rep for a National union. I refuse to accept that it's just trucking. I am a rules following kinda guy. They are the one's who flew me to Colorado and told me about their home time policy. I am just trying to make them hold up their end of the bargain. I can't just give up when they dick me around, I have got to try to make them do as they say or admit they lied. I know it's all about the money. I ain't here trying to fulfill some childhood dream about driving a big shiny truck. I am also here to make some cash, just like them. They will either beat me into submission or I will move on. But at least I can have some fun in the process. They really do want to do the right thing they just don't know it. lol

Srvc They did fire the idiot who ran the planners, and are in the process of bringing back some of the planners who were here from the start or back in September of last year before all the BS changes took place. Some of them have already started back to work and HOPEFULLY Real soon things will change.

But in the mean time (had someone read my entire post earlier they would know It aint all peachy at JBS) Another sit and wait day in GA.
Come off home time yesterday pick up load in Gretna VA (Another driver needed to get home relay deal) Now sitting in Mcdonough GA at Millards with NO PRE PLAN and a 21:00 appointment GO Figure.

I finally figured out why no one gets pre plans anymore, they stopped using Dictionary's in College and none of these stuffed shirts sitting in the Operations department calling themselves load planners and CSR's has a CLUE that PRE is BEFORE we empty out.

Wake up Greeley smell the sewage you are making us swim in, Wholly moses sitting so much I have bedsore's my pillow is flat and My backsides hurt from sitting here waiting on someone to figure out how to book freight.
Do not blame this on the DM's anymore the CSR's should not be booking freight, the load planners should be.
Quit hiring people without the experience, quit hiring College grads who have no Freaking clue, the next arrogant jerk off who tells me about he Masters, or BS and that he is better qualified to be a load planner, I am gonna lose my job. Giving the education I got.

And I blame HAZMAT it is always his fault, always will be, and Never gonna be anyone elses fault. There is my blame game.

 

I'll tell ya what sucks! I should be on a beach drinkin a cold one this weekend, instead I will be at the Flying J in EFFINGHAM!...........................
