Look as a driver for metro and also as a dispatcher for them 1)Keyed all the same for maintenance reasons like pms when parked in yard.2) All DM's there do good, sometimes its the relationship between dispatcher and driver that don't match but give it a chance as we are always butting heads with the planners to fight for you guys.3) Safety is a big deal unlike most companies we look out for driver, their families and the public's safety. NO LOAD IS THAT HOT...RUN LEGAL 4)What company based in New Jersey does not run New England , you dont want the north east then move out west and get a job.

I have been with metro for 4 months they have taken good care of me .if i ask for home time i get it ,if i ask for longer loads i get them ..for you lazy assed drivers this company is not for you .

i'm not lazy, i'm desperate to make money. i've proven to them i'm a 3000 plus a week driver, and they refuse to give it to me. can't even get 2500. i don't know who your dm is, but mine sucks.

 

if u worked for calex u all would b happy and get along. (just sayin)

 

update: rich mehalik is a baby, a snake, a liar, vindictive, and will screw you any chance he can. the company has screwed me out of 10,000.00 in take home pay, just to force me to get a hazmat endorsement. i told them, if they hadn't been screwing me out of miles, i would have gotten it a long time ago. i finally got it a month ago, and the miles have gone up, but not a single hazmat. so, after being out a month, i wanted to go home for Thanksgiving, and he had a snit, and screwed me out of miles this week, just to ruin my holiday, as if i wasn't going to lose enough money already for going home. after Thanksgiving, i'm turning in this slow truck, and telling them to shove it up they're #####.

 

All I can say to you is Bye Bye!! I'll take up some of the miles you just gave back to the rest of us and take it to the bank. In this day and age, you should be greatful for having a decent company to work for, especially with the rotten attitude that you seem to carry around with you. If the company is overly safety concious, I'll take that over a company that could give 2 ##### about you or your family. If there is EVER anything wrong with your vehicle, it gets fixed.....no questions asked. They want you to get home safely for the holidays so that your family can enjoy your wrath. Take your attitude and walk!! Thanks in advance for the extra miles this week.............

a decent company doesn't screw it's employees. a decent company doesn't lie to their employees. my attitude is a product of my pay. poor pay = poor attitude. a decent company allows all it's employees to take home a good pay, not just a chosen few ### kissers.
