Sometimes a customer will call and say that "address xxxx" has been there for years, so why is it not in the database? What happens is that when the mapping company goes and maps an area, maybe someone made a mistake (they are human). They might have missed a road, or an address, or got the GPS coordinates wrong, etc. The map company thinks that the area has been fully mapped, and so they never return (why bother? it's been done). The error just sits until someone points it out, at which time they review the area and discover the error which has been sitting on the books for who knows how long.
We always like to get feedback about these, so that we can communicate back to our mapping provider. I have forwarded the info about Honda Blvd to our engineers.

For the lock up on Briley. Go from the Pilot on Centennial in Nashville to the Kangaroo on Tiny Town road in Clarksville TN.
For trying to get to Old County House Road? I bought a cheap Garmin Nuvi 1200 at Pilot. It wants to by pass White Bluff Road too. It wants to take me up to Cathey Hollow Road. And it calls Old County House Road, Old Charlotte Road! Last street I was going to was Doy Road.
Old County House has been that name for15 years or more.
