Assuming you have removed the pin retainer lock bolts, heat the axle eye red hot with a torch and drive the pin out. Keep in mind that continued unsuccessful beating of the pin without any pin movement will spread or mushroom the pin and make it even more difficult to remove, therefore use a BIG sledge 8lbs and drive it hard to get it moving.

It also helps to support the axle with something other than a jack or jack stand (too much give). Hard wood blocks work well for this.

Use something short and stout on top of the pin to drive on such as an impact socket or something similar until you get the pin moving. You will ruin whatever you use, but it's worth it. Put the big swing on the hammer and it'll go with enough heat on it, but you have to work fast after heating it up.

It works best to use a rose bud tip on the torch for heating the axle eye, a cutting tip will take forever to get enough heat in it.

Seems very odd that a truck that new would have it seized up already. Just to be sure, did u take the top and bottom plates as well as the bolt that goes forward and backward thru the axle itself. It has a nut on one side but nuthing on the other end. It is tapered and once the nut is off u drive it out by hitting the threaded end. If u have done this and it wont come out, I guess heating it is ur only option. good luck.

There is a tool out there that will push that king pin out so you don't destroy the threads in the top of the spindle. You may still have to heat it up but it beats destroying the threads.

If you have tie downs in your shop floor chain the front axle down and jack them out it's fast and easy.
    Compared to heat and beat.

Also you can take one of the old caps off and torch the center out and thread it back in a little to protect the threads, bin there done that, those threads can be tuff to fix.

Another option I have used in the past is allowing the weight of the truck to push the pin out from the bottom. When you jack the truck up with a driver placed in the bottom of the spindle it allows the weight of the truck to act as a tool. Heating it up as you jack it up it will make it easier.

I have a feeling that the OP has not removed the plate and bolt.

I'm not sure if this is a top or bottom entry king pin.

If the pin drops out the bottom.
If you are trying to knock the pin out you have to make sure you support the axle close to the pin.
If you are supporting the axle more than a few inches from the the point of the pin there is to much spring to induce sufficient shock.
Support it with a pipe or a socket directly under the pin , it makes a huge difference.

If the pin comes out the top then place a jack under the pin and jack it till it starts lifting the truck.
Then shock the axle housing directly where the pin passes through it.

Don't be afraid to give it a good whack.
Heat only the housing where the pin passes through while doing the above if need be.
I don't believe in heating til it glows , this can change the metallurgy of the components.
