8 years ago I was in your shoes.. All LTL companies take some time - I put mine in and now it is what it is..7122894003481 Thanks this. -
jake i agree a 100%, but i actually almost had to final bankruptcy, i was gettin 8-15 hours a week, they started callin me in everyday for a while for p/d which i was thrilled about and was starting early, and was able to get overtime in, then my boss got greedy and decided he was only gonna use me and the guy above me only for outbound again so he can cut overtime and would only use us for runs if rele rele needed, and that threw the final stone for me.
thats also y im not looking into LTL n e more. I may have an opportunity pulling containers instead, one company said they would train me at the ports as long as I am willing to learn and prove it. Might also be getting in with UPS ground since my father nos somebody but who nos it is what it is -
It's also really hard to read. Really.

Good luck with UPSF. My terminal hired 3 guys and laid them off within a month. They have contractors running linehaul loads while company linehaul drivers sit at home, and the city has alot of guys sitting at home or working 3 hours on the dock. Freight is way down.

You're not, but the way you write is the only way you can represent yourself on a forum like this.
If you're too lazy to use correct spelling and punctuation, your readers can't help but wonder what other shortcuts you take in life.
Know what I mean? Or should that be "no wut i meen".jakebrake12 and DenaliDad Thank this. -
I get where he is coming from to a degree but definitely agree with your point 100%.
I try not to be the grammar/spelling police, but also feel it's very important to be at least somewhat correct with both if you want to be taken seriously by all sides - management types read these forums and they form opinions. If I have a legitimate issue with management about a certain issue I want to be as clear and concise with them as I can and spelling/grammar/speech is very important when addressing the issue.
