Hey guys!
Sorry I haven't posted in a while. Lot going on for us lately and haven't had much time to forum. Most of the times I did pop on I spent responding to PM's.
Hope you all are doing well
We are currently sitting in Madras, OR (which is out in the middle of nowhere off US26) waiting on someone to come replace a trailer tire. We were sent here to pick up a preloaded trailer and the left rear tandem tire was flat. They sent a guy to come air it up and I was gonna follow them back to their shop on that so they could repair it but when he got here it said it was too bad to repair and it had to be replaced. Unfortunately they didnt have in super singles in stock so now that guy is on his way to another one of their stores south of here to get a tire then he is going to come back and replace it.
The load has 3 deliveries across Iowa for Thursday. I don't know if we will make the time for the first one though now with all this going on.
Well off to get some things done before they get here, take care and drive safe!

Dropped my Mississauga load at Taylor and ran up to Port Huron and grabbed a relay from a driver that got denied access to Canada. Hauled the relay up thru and above Toronto to Alliston. Camped out at the Wally last night and ran down to Falconer, NY today. Sitting at the shipper getting another reset. Load Monday at 08:00 headed for Laredo. The relay I picked up weighed 90#.
Katey Thanks this. -
Finally got out of Florida. Home time was great, got to spend an extra two nights at the house but finally heading to Marietta with a load of pallets, then hopefully to Joplin. Decided to give teaming a try with one of my bootcamp classmates. OB is a cool guy, I figured I have this nice big cascadia I might as well try and make a few more dollars

FYI........If heading to British Columbia and going to cross border at Blaine, Wa., make sure you park at duty free and walk across street to US customs ad cancell the T&E bond on load if load is out of Mexico. If you do not do this you will be fined. Also make sure you have 2 copies of bond. They will keep 1 and validate the other. Also when you pull up to Canadian customs read the yellow sign on window. Kill truck and do not set brakes. When you leave Canada empty open both doors on trailer before reaching US customs.

If anyone has information on other border crossings it sure would be helpful.

Well we are back up in Oregon, Portland this time. We delivered just down from Jubitz this morning and are picking up a load at 1700 local time in one of the Portland suburbs which we are taking and relaying at the Lancaster Terminal. 2165 miles, a good way to start the week

Well taking off, so far so BAD w/ new dispatcher. He managed to "forget" to hilite me till the day after my request and I'm arv. 21 hrs early to my next del. Was told no way to swap or del. Early. Sooooo if the miles stay the same my check will be 2/3 less then w/ my previous dispatcher. Don't know wat to do but pray every night I wake up and am switched back to my old fleet/dispatcher. I'll give the new one 1 week more after getting back from home time and if miles don't go back to where they were I'll call operations and see if they can switch me back
