Bunk radio control says NO LINKIs there anybody out here in Trucker

NO LINK?
It is either "hard-wired" to the radio or wirelessly connected. That "connection" has been interrupted.
Owner's Manual could give you a clue about where to look, or perhaps if you are friendly with a tech at your local dealer, he could "help".

 

With the key on, pull all of the radio fuses, turn key off, wait a few sec and put the fuses back. The bunk radio should sync again. It worked in my 2011 prostar

 

My 2011 prostar is does that eveytime it comes back from the dealer. And did it once on it's own. I will try pulling the fuses tonite when I get to work. Thanks!

 

I pulled the one radio fuse and worked like a charm!

 

Ooo... gonna have to try this when I get the truck back. It wasn't working... and then it was... and then it wasn't... No idea as to how or why, but I will try this.

 

ty very much, same deal came back from service with no link. was getting real annoying to have to get up and throw some pants on to go into the cab to turn alarm off. a couple places said to remove both radio fuses, I just turned the key to the on position with the radio on, removed F2-E 'entertainment radio memory', turned the key off, waited 20 seconds or so, popped it back in and turned the radio on using the bunk unit. worked like a charm. now i can continue being lazy in the morning lol. BTW mine is a '09 prostar your fuse assignment may be different, look before you pull.

 

you rock man... I have a little case of ocd, and hate when #### doesn't work. Pulling the fuse worked like a charm.

 

Too cool!!!! It fixed mine and I fixed the flatbedder parked next to me.

I had it to a dealer and they charged the company (international warranty dept) for a new bunk radio. Chances are that was the highest price fuse ever sold.
