    I'm calling BS too. Why would you go and get tested when you know you're high? That would be just too stupid if it happened that way. But it doesn't matter because your trucking career is over.

    Thanks a lot people... She obviously put enough in a dozen and a half or so cookies and brownies to where I didn't taste it... but it did show in a test. I did my share of smoking pot when I was younger, but have not been a pot smoker for many years.

    She has psychological issues I've dealt with for years but never would have thought she would have done anything like that.

    Anyway... I was looking for assistance and got a pile of crap in return.

    I'm not a freakin idiot... had I thought for a chance there was a problem, I would have gotten an over-the-counter test and found out. There was obviously such a small amount that I never knew it was in the ginger cookies and brownies.

    I feel like crap as it is. I guess I stole her dream... so she in-turn stole mine.

    If there are any options for me then please let me know. I do appreciate any assistance might be out there.

    Ok, sorry if I hurt your feelers. I'll try to be constructive here...

    The only possible thing you could do to clear yourself is to turn her in and get her charged with whatever criminal act that would be in your jurisdiction. It might be assault, it might be battery, or something else like that.

    The trouble would be in proving it unless she admits to doctoring the goodies in order to sabotage your career. And it would only help you if you could then take that proof to a lawyer and have them work on clearing you through whatever magical channels they use for that type of thing.

    Otherwise, I don't know of anything that would possibly even make this go away.

    If you are/were living in the same house as her and she being a pot head I would think you would still be positive from the daily second hand smoke anyways.
