Pauls Truck Wash Nampa Idaho- DON"T GO!!

    I had my truck and trailer washed there today, walked around while they were wet and in dark wash bay and they looked ok. I have been there before and had good results with same crew so I was not too concerned.

    When I arrived at next stop everything had dried and it was a whole other story, the tanks, wheels, side boxes and pretty much everything below waist level was filthy.

    I called to let the truck wash to let them know that I would be back in the area in a couple days and was expecting it to be re-washed at that time.

    The employee on the phone made alot of comments that I was not able to understand due to a language barrier, however as I made it clear to him that I would be back and was not happy with service provided and that it needed to taken care of, He clearly said "**** you!! i don't care!!" and hung up.

    Please avoid this place unless you want to encourage this business practice.

    I totally agree. The manager was on his bluetooth at maximum volume the whole time I was there. Too lazy to look inside at first, then raised the price when it was done. $80 for a washout? Puhleeze. I'll go to Ontario or Jerome before spending another dime with that rat #######.

    I had my truck washed there crappy job and then the idiot dropped my hood closed kenworth w900L won't go there again. He just shoved the hood and let it fall

    Ouch! Here's my latest complaint. I went in, waited until he took a breath on his interminable phone call, asked him if the washout would be $35, and he said yes. I got a $35 Comcheck and took it to the desk, and he said it would be $50 instead. I said "why didn't you say that before?" And he said it was too dirty. Total non sequitur. So I ripped up the check and trashed it, intentionally leaving it as bait. Brought in another for $50, rolled away. Sure enough, the rat b@st@Rd dug out the pieces from the trash, and cashed the $35 check too. This is NOT over, it would make my day if he was hauled off in handcuffs.
