I used to work for Mason Transportation out of Evergreen, Colorado. We used to tag behind the Monfort trucks going east, best front doors a steel hauler ever had.

So what speeds would they generally cruise at?
I heard about the Munford lane, and how they had some pretty mean trucks.
From the old guy at work and thought maybe the stories where improved with age.
How maney trucks did they have?
Did anyone see a two engine truck with (Do or dye you got passed by Jimmy Frie) on the hood?
Oh by the way I like old trucking stories but just doing a little fact checking with you guys. -
Ahh...makes you miss what we used to get away with, nowadays somebody that didn't know what their business was would call 911 on you pretty fast.

Not sure about Munford and never seen the Jimmy Frie truck.
