One thing I have learned is that one of two things are going to happen if you meet a challenge. You will either win or loose. I am not afraid of the results either way as I don't really give two chits.
This last summer, I was running belly dump for a company. Some of us were chatting on the radio using the "company" channel. One of the company drivers started chewing me out about using the radio and it not being a party line. LOL. I told him that it is CB and that legally, no one owns any of the channels on CB. He called me out. Told him I will meet him at the drop point. Got to the drop point and got out of the truck. He pulled up and got out and came up to me slowly. I was ready for a confrontation. He was pretty meek face to face even though he had me by 50 lbs and a few inches.

10-4!! Strange how they hide in the back row when you find them.

I find the best cure for CB bimbos is turning the volume knob to the left.

Well, call me a rambo. Today I heard that one of our drivers said he was going to kick my a%%. Yeap he was going to beat me down. I made my run and on my way back to the yard, I seen the pinhead parked at a warehouse waiting to get loaded. I gave him a good chewing and told him I will be right back once the truck is parked.
Jumped in my car and headed back to the warehouse. I got out, put my hands up and said, come and get me. My god did he stutter, Needless to say, he wanted nothing to do with me.
Pissed off Rats are extremely dangerous. And running your trap will cause a pissed off Rat. -
Sounds like you enjoy confrontation! Several of your posts here are very similar.

I swear that I have a big neon sign over my head sometimes that flashes "Start something with Me today"

I bet you're full of #### and didn't do any of that. You're sounding just like those who you're talking about, a CB Rambo.

Don't make me go internet rambo on your butt now!!!!!

Well, I have been kinda on edge lately. Fall is coming, play time is done, getting colder out so not much outside time. This is usually my bad time of year and it only gets worse. Not too mention that we are just getting away from harvest time which usually means that I am beat tired since we run long hours during potatoe harvest. Probly why I ended up sick and power puking for a couple days this week since my body was completely drained of all energy and worn out.
I usually take my scoot out to ease my mind a bit, tried that the other day but the less then 40 degree temps kinda took the fun out of it.
But it did happen, the guy called the boss and I had to have a chat with the boss today about it. -
I had one of those asswipes doing that same thing going through the Virgin River Gorge one night. Yes, I could have shut it off and probably should have, would have been the mature thing to do...BUT at the time I had a rather highly modified Galaxy 99v AND a 2000 watt Palomar kicker. When I turned them both on, the lights on my trailers became dim. I caught up to this bozo before Mesquite (FedEx) casually pulled alongside him, then keyed down an open mike at full power. If I was close to the tractor, I could cook his radio and I did. It was hysterical to see all his little blue lights "wink out" and it was nice and quiet after that. I stopped at the Valley of Fire for a break and there he was, trying to figure out what happened. I was still laughing to myself as I bought my coffee..Never underestimate a tired UPS driver just trying to get his triples into Las Vegas..Last edited: Oct 23, 2011
