Going with SWIFT...

Wanabe, you're 24 years old. At what age do you plan on manning up and taking responsibility for yourself and your future? I read this entire thread because I got caught up in your trials and tribulations. You obviously have a ton going for yourself so get with it, pal! Injun's words are words of wisdom you would do well to take to heart.

 

At the same time look at how many times you went back and forth on the company that you wanted to work for. After everything else fell through and Swift was your safety net, you went through the process and finally you got a call saying if you did not contact them they would have to part ways. Just think of how many drivers get hired into swift every week. Now think of how many of them drop out or their first choice of employer contacts them and they get a job and leave Swift with no contact. I find it hard to believe that you had no access to any form of communication in that entire period. Im guessing there is more to the story than you lead to believe. Even if all this were true the way you said it was, if you would communicate to them everything that happened you could always take your personal leave and go back. Its not like Swift wants to spend the money and resources to train and hire drivers just to turn around and let them go a soon after. Sound like you really didnt want to work for them anyways... no offense intended, just telling it how it reads.
