Temporary Permits

    Anyone use or know of a good company other then Comdata or the State to get temporary permits. I have a job next week just across the state line into Kansas and I am not apportioned and Kansas DOT can be a MF.

    I think NASTC does it if your a member and OOIDA may do it. We use a company called permit wizzard for oversize but I'm not sure if they do temp apportioning or not.

    Look up the phone number in your trucker rand mcnally for Kansas and call them direct. Just as easy as calling a permit service but without paying a middleman. I've done this with several states and several Canadian provinces, and never once used a permit service.
