USX drivers...how's your day??

SO, how is life at US Xpress? Been out of trucking for a little over 5 years but before that, I drove for 15. Will US Xpress give me a shot? No problems with riding with a trainer if needed. No accidents or tickets, Have HazMat, Doubles/Triples. Really wanting to get back at it

 

All you can do is call them and ask, but I would think that you would have to spend some time with a trainer.

So much for trying to sleep. The truck was supposed to get pulled into the shop this morning, I just didn't know that they would wake me up after 1am to pull it in the shop. It is almost 4am now, and I hope to get some more sleep.

On the plus side, I did get to meet HighwayMan in the driver lounge!!!

 

Pouring down rain in Fishers Indiana at 2:30 in the morning with a very tight, very dark dock to get into. This is the glamorous part of trucking. I must say, however, it is always good for the ego when you nail the hard ones (that sounds bad) lol

 

There should be a boat load of students out there. I will bet they put 150 thru the 2 session here in Tunnel Hill.

 

Give up the smokes Anna. I did 18 months ago. I can say my health is a lot better.

I am still sitting at TH with no load to get out. Fading quickly with nothing to do without some sleep!!!

 

how is orientation? i apologize i don't mean to jack a thread i'm just getting sent out saturday what do I bring as far as paper work goes?
