From the looks of it, you ran for CRST and Rohel?

    You failed at both?

That must hurt. If you fail at both companies you must be doing something wrong.

But at the same time your doing ok at JB hunt.. 800 a week and home 2 nights a week. That cool.

So I dunno man. Im sorry that you don't like CRST but you BS'ing in this thread and the rohel thread. Just stop. You don't have to keep repeating your self saying that these companies sucks. WE HEARD YOU THE FIRST TIME lol.

    Drewski and catahoula Thank this.

More or less, Some weeks are better some weeks are not as good.

Like I said I am on the lease side under percentage. I am not getting paid by the miles. The key is keep running, and keeping my self in a good area. I don't take any loads that pay under 90 cents per mile. But On the most part I avg around 1.05 a mile before fuel surcharge.
Also If you don't get along with your dispatcher, life can be hell with them.

CRST is far from being the holy grail company out here. But If you can't make it at CRST as a company driver or a lease op. Your not going to be able to make it at any company.

Also, for the record I do have hazmat and double.

The double and triple endorsement has help me a lot.
We run a lot of R&L.

one last thing. I run 100 percent legal. ( I have to, e-logs)
    And I ave 2900 to 3200 miles a week

If he gets hired for a dedicated run like the cat deal he would be home on a regular basis, at least that's the way I understood them although I guess I could have misheard them. It sounded like a decent deal but for me the idea of teaming with someone I have never met wasn't such a good plan.
If my wife came back out of retirement I would call them in a minute, new or newer truck, dedicated run... yeah, terible, I could see how someone would go broke... NOT!

Please tell me I'm making the right choice. I'm scheduled for orientation on Monday in Trussville Alabama as an O/O for CRST-Malone.

I am scheduled for CRST driving school Nov 14th. I will not be taking the Grey Dog there. It is easier to drive since all my stuff is going into storage. I am fortunate enough to come under the Train Your Partner Program. My g/f is coming over and will be my trainer and then my partner. I have been trying to read the posts to get a feel of what I am to expect at school and then when we hit the road. Can anyone that has completed the program enlighten me. I have read the negative posts. I would like the facts on the school and how hubby/wife teams do here.
