Looking for information on Earp Distribution. Have any of you worked or heard anything good or bad about driving for Earp?
Also as a driver, what the general routine? Load/unload
How do they pay? hourly/miles

I'm assuming Earp is the McDonalds distributor in your area. If so, you will unload, VIA pallet jack. You could be gone from 1 -2 days.

McDonld's use many distribution ctr around the U.S.Good chance 99.9% chance you do all the unloading and loading.Pay may be hourly or commission but more likely hourly.

I used to work for a McDonald's distributor in ct. We would set up conveyor's off the trailer into the store. Our responcibility ended @ the end of the conveyor. Pay was hourly with ot after 8 on a local run. Mileage with hourly when unloading on a layover & team run. Team driver's split right down the middle. Not sure if this help's any but McDonald's has their standard's.

can run single or team both are home everyday
can bid on 4 or 5 day routes
will def work 14hrs straight.. but nothing backbreaking
paid for everything you do
will be on extra board for months or yr until you get a rt
made 80k my first yr some drivers make 100k
worked one day of evertime in summer and make $700 in one day
screw up and your fired .. they run on a points system
