no i didnt even try, i had some sitting here that i could have had cheep but i didnt have the man power to work them if i did. i think it would have been hard to get it going from 1000 miles away. didnt want to stop my deal here for something i would have to start from scratch.

i have been noticing guys buying up trailers on truck paper then moving them to texas and slapping 5-6k on the asking price. they seem to be getting it too. i dont think they do any sand blasting or upgrades. i guess if it is closer then the consumer is more likely to buy one.
bellydumps seem to really be taking off as well. i have been looking at some of those. any ideas outside of truck paper where to find any? or is truck paper the best place to look? thanks

Their are some used belly dumps in Truck Paper that are in Oklahoma City but they are junk. They are wanting $24k to $26k for 2006 models and they are pretty beat up. I tried looking for a good used one and couldn't find a good used one. I ordered a new one with air ride and it came in yesterday. Paid $34k for it and dealer said the next ones come in are at $36,980.

Is it a CPS? I was told that the company had recently jacked up the price by 2-3k per trailer. I guess they realize the demand. Thanks for the tip!

CPS and CTS both did. I am leasing a new CTS and just bought a new CPS.

Seems to me like up here in PA companies cant get their hands on water trucks or sand cans, my boss is trying to buy some of each as he has 11 water trucks at the moment and cant find rear ends to fill the seats as fast as hes buying them because hes so busy.

Look in the Kosse / Groesbeck area for CPS belly dumps. There's a dealer in Kosse that's been holding a few he couldn't sell and there's plenty of used iron around especialy in Mexia.
