I'm as you guessed....new here. I'm stopping in hoping to get a better view of what it is like in the drivers seat and the family at home.
Don't kill the messanger here. I'm a recruiter (not just one company) and want to get a better idea what is important when I'm working with someone not just the questions that a driver remembers to ask me.
Would love to hear you thoughts, but please be gentle. LOL I know we have a horrible reputation.![]()

Welcome to the forums. This is a good place for you to find out what it's like from the driver's perspective. It's nice to see a recruiter that actually cares about that.

I"ve been in one HR role or another for so long that I think it's important. Maybe it's just me but when I'm talking to a driver it's not really about me. I'm helping them to make decissions about family time and all that other stuff. I think we should all be obligated to try to do our best.
