Your a retired truck driver, you said so yourself! Of course you have more free time.. going to college to sit in a cubical is not free time and your constantly under stress! I'd much rather be on the road, without the boss on my back.. yes you may have computers and trackers following you but if your DOING YOUR JOB you don't have to worry![]()

I'm Semi-Retired now and have a current business that is pretty profitable. And yes I have friends and family that are asking me, Why in the hell would you want to drive truck and be away from home for long periods of time.
Well my answer is, My kids are all grown and they can run the business without me being here. My wife has a few more years until she can retire with a nice plan. And by that time I will have enough time in the saddle again, to by a large car with all the bells and whistles so we both can run this fabulous country of ours together.
Once you have done it. It's in your blood. The feeling of the open road doesn't go away. It will always be calling you back out there to it. -

Ahh just finished reading mo cdl manual sections 1 2 3 5 6. feel like retained a lot but gonna do it again. I'm hopefully testing Monday.
