I have worked with Ryan and Alex from Coyote Logistics since July of 2008 and I have absoultely nothing negative to say about them or the company! We use them for most of our backhaul needs to get us back home, they pay better than any other brokerage firm I work with. Its not unusual for us to haul up to 4 loads a day for them. They pay quickly and their loads other than a hiccup here or there load quickly and unload the same. Their team members are friendly, helpful and if they don't have a load in an area I need to get out of they usually find me one. They are my FIRST call when I have trucks empty.

Work with them, I promise you won't regret it! They take the time to get to know your company, the needs you have and are wonderful people to work with!

    Wait a moment here.....
I get a phone call from Coyote Logistics and then a PILE of posts?

Uhh...I got a really creepy feeling with all of these ONE POST WONDERS (first time poster) giving
high marks to Coyote Logistics....and they ALL happened to join this board TODAY....

..How about someone that DOESN'T work for Coyote Logistics posting a response??

I Run a small trucking Co. out of St Louis,MO called SMS EXPRESS and have done bussiness with Coyote for about 2 years. I have stories I can share with you, like the time I forgot to bill and extra $100.00 for detention and Colin at Coyote hounded me for a few weeks untill I sent the corrected invoice. I do not have to argue about detention or extra stops when they happen. I just wait for the new fax. It pains me to no end to have a broker sitting at a desk while my truck is sitting because his load is jacked up and then he wants to weasel out of paying detention. That doesn't happen at Coyote. We use brokers between customer loads or when customers slow down. There was a time when I took a load from coyote from St louis,MO TO KC,MO couldn't find a load back. Colin found one late in the day going to Eagen,MN (GOING UP THERE GETS ME CLOSER TO ONE OF MY CUSTOMERS). Next day no customer freight again but guess what Colin had a load right back to St Louis,MO. I added it up, all said and done $1.97 every mile I went. I treat my trucks like my kids and if you try to rip us off I will not load you anymore. I have no fears working with Coyote they are one of the good brokers. My MOTTO "IF YOU DON'T RESPECT THE JOB TRUCKS DO THEN YOU SHOULDN'T MAKE ANY MONEY OFF OF THEIR WORK".

I have been working with Coyote Logistics, specifically Kevin McMasters group (Ryan & Rob as well) They are extremely fair on their prices and consistant in giving us loads that meet our needs. I enjoy working with this team. They are not only professional, but friendly and personable. They pay on time as well. I have been pulling loads with them for over a year now. My parents also own a trucking company and have been in business for 20+ years, and have worked with them as well for many years. I know if you do a good job and are a reliable carrier, they keep coming back and calling you for loads. Worth working with, they get a lot of freight. No complaints here....Hope this helps in your decision to work with them....

Sadly, It is very apparent that Coyote Logistics has manipulated this thread.

Tons of 100% positive replies all from FIRST TIME posters who ironically joined TODAY.
I'm sure they were all inspired to join and post today? - And they all happen to gravitate
to this thread. I'm stunned I tell ya!

I would appreciate letting someone here on TTR provide a REAL RESPONSE.

Until then I can't put any stock in anything I have been told about Coyote Logistics until I hear
from a user that has been on this site for more than 1hr.

    Sure seems that way.
I'd either wait a couple of days and see what else comes up or try one load, They might really want to impress you with that first load

    Hanadarko Thanks this.

Well I can understand a company trying to get a decent reputation...
but to 'stack the deck' in a thread is bordering on unethical in my world....
