Actually the screens are for rocks they don't stop RPG's they just make them go off early. There are blast blankets on the inside of some of those to help with the scrap metal but thats about all the protection we had back then. Now they have fully up armored internationals i will send some pictures of them also. They are better but still not perfect. They used boiler plate instead of hardened armor plate.

No can't say i do used to be a medic we called Critter but she isn't here any more as far as i know. I haven't drove in a year or so now so lost touch with allot of them. I still see the old gang thats left ever once in a while when they come thru with radio problems.

There is no place else to park and its not a truck stop its a (FOB) Forward Operating Base 20 miles from no where in the middle of no where. And where else do you get armed guard escorts. Trucking in the states just isn't the same once you have to run threw down town Baghdad every night Chicago is a piece of cake.
