What are the safest and most dangerous truckstops??

Last time I was there waited in line for almost a hour for fuel!!!!

 

When I posted the message about the Flying J in KC, I mentioned the lot lizards. One of them woke me up at 2am. Needless to say, I was NOT very happy about it.

Piece of advice: If you don't want to stay there, go to the Ameristar Casino. From the Flying J, go north on 435 to the next exit (MO 210) east about a mile to Ameristar Drive and turn right. Follow the signs for parking. You'll make another right and you'll see trucks parked there off to your right. I believe the parking lot for the trucks is bigger than the Flying J parking lot.

 

Pilot on i-85 xt 63 in Duncan, SC is full of vagrants, knocking on doors.... Since yesterday they came to my door 4 times and tonight a strong black male opened my door while I was inside fixing to throw away some water from my cooler. It scared me. Immediately I grabbed the handle and shut it close. He looked surprised and angry and started saying something. I don't know what he was trying to explain but I didn't care, put my curtain up and tried to ignore. Then heard someoned knocking on my door but will not open this door tonight. Will try to sleep now and hope and pray nobody will try to mess up with the truck. Will never park here again.

That place was on the prohibited list for a while when I was at Stevens 11 years ago. That place was a total dump back then.
