Mobil Delvac Rebate

Also a $20 rebate on 5 gallon pails. Bought two the other day at Farm and Fleet. Rebate is in the mail.

 

Always makes me wonder about rebates.... whether with oil or cars or whatever. If they can afford the rebate, then their price was already too high. But that is the way the American mindset works.... jack up the price to a level that is criminal and then offer a rebate and everyone flocks to the product. When Mobil delivers products to my front door for a little over $9 a gallon cost, like my current oil supplier does, then I might consider Mobil "rebate". The Barnum principle is alive and well in America.

 

We have purchased 4 of these, mailed in the rebate form with receipts, etc as required-over 2 months ago. Have yet to receive a rebate. Can't find a website, email address or phone number to contact to find out the status. Beginning to wonder if this rebate is for real. Have sent in rebates many times before for various products and never had a problem. Has anyone sent this in and actually received their rebate check yet?

 

Yes got our rebate check in today. Rebate is limited to $20 per household.

 

Ya, mine took aloooong time to get my check back.

 

i have done this all this year since February. I always get my rebate 20 for each pail and four for each jug. Takes a very long time but so far ive received it all the time. And two of my uncles have Isx's they buy three pails and they receive their $60 rebate
