I would just tell him NO and move on.Yea he's a low level thief but why intangle yourself in trouble. Do you want to testify in court? If a lotlizard ask you if you want company do you call the cops? or "Just say No"victormtz1983 Thanks this.

Just do what your heart & mind dictates you.Me personally,I would just say no & move on.Telling on someone is not something I like to do unless it involves a sexual offender or something of that nature. Some people just need to mind their on business & stop worrying about others.About 3 months ago on a friday afternoon(rush hour) I had just departed a shipper & was heading down 121 south from coppell,tx & I was headed towards 820 west.Well some idiot 4 wheeler called the company I work for & tattletaled on me telling my supervisor I was doing 70 & was therefore speeding.Long story short,my supervisor called me immediately after & told me about it(she also mentioned that the caller threatened with calling police about it to which my supervisor welcomed the caller to do as they pleased)& my response was that if a reprimand was warranted, that certainly wasn't the time or place.I don't appreciate someone trying to drive my truck from an office, nevermind the fact that it was Friday during afternoon rush hour traffic & everybody's trying to get home at the same time.I don't like to speed but I do flow with traffic, even if it involves speeding

If he'll steal from them he'll steal from you.

You know, of all the crap the companies do to drivers anymore, I don't know what I would do, other than not buy fuel. Now, if I see someone driving like a complete dipstick on the road, I'll call that in before a "fuel thief" because I don't know about you, but getting wrecked is much more all up in my butt than asking to buy fuel.
Sure, it's wrong, and I don't agree with it, but it's pretty rich for some of you to call that fellow's company when you won't even call your company to the mat. -
I didn't bother calling the company. Next time I'll ask why the fuel is for sale.
I asked my boss(owner) about this. He wanted me to call him in. Mostly because he has had drivers steal fuel from his trucks in the past. -
Stealing is stealing, a thief is a thief.
Sure a driver may get burned and I'll help shoot them if they stole(rarely happens in general drivers make piss poor deals that they later regret) from a driver. Doesn't excuse his behavior.SmoothShifter Thanks this. -
Shoulda bought the discount fuel, way to drop the ball.
