Dude, get a grip, you are every truck drivers nightmare DM. You would not be posting here for ANY reason other to recruit. Your a liar and a fraud, here and in your personal life as well I am sure. I will tell every driver I meet to look at your post, and Im sure they will think twice about believing any JB HUNT recruiter again. Of course you have record proffits, you have been screwing over the drivers that made it for you for years. AND ARE GETTING BETTER AT IT. I have never even worked for JB HUNT , but the word is out scum.

Man These Jb Hunt Recruiters Come Up With More Bs Every Minute I Tell You Obviously Most People With A Brain Will Hang Up On You Snakes, You Will Bring People Halfway Across The Country To Send Them Home And Tell Them Something Different As Soon As They Arrive For Orientation. Also Any Drivers Out There Do Not Go To Orientation Believing Your Application Has Been Approved I Seen Them Send Home A Bunch Of People Because Of Issues On The Application This Place Suks From The Head Down Belive Me I Use To Work For These Jokers Nothing But A Bunch Of Scumbags.

I don't think that the problems with JB Hunt end with the recruiters. I spoke to a driver at the Scranton Pilot three weeks ago who had been out for almost 3 months, missing his father's funeral and the birth of his firstborn. He finally got a load home after a lot of begging and harassing and was planning to quit as soon as he got home. I can't say as I blame him one bit.
Up here in Canada, OTR basically means a week to ten days out at a time, or at least that's been my experience so far. -
it's a bet that job is with sombody other tha jb. they sure don't offer jobs like that to their drivers no matter what they tell you. This recruiter sounds like a highschool jock who thinks he' gods gift. oh we're all begging for it but none of us meet your high standards. oh pleeease!!!
I can see why other companies hired you to recruit for them you've done such a good job for yourselves.
how come you don't step up to wiseone's challenge? Been waiting for weeks for your reply or is it comming in the mail along with all the othe crap jb promises. no wonder we rate you right up there with brokers. -
Hi all! This is my first post to this site but I have been reading intently for months, since my guy got into trucking. Currently he is with another company and is not getting anywhere close to the money that he was promised. We were contact by JB Hunt this week with a "too good to be true" offer and have been seriously deliberating it since then as we need money badly right now. After reading the unprofessional posts by JB Buddy which clearly demonstrates his lack of respect for drivers I think we will decline JB's offer. My guy is a good, very clean, intelligent, and hardworking driver and JBH has lost a top-notch recruit. I will be contacting the recruiter we have been speaking with and I will be glad to tell her exactly why she will be losing her finders fee.
Quite frankly, JB Buddy or BJ Buddy whatever his name is should be terminated from his position. I know if you were publicly representing my company and spewed that kind of disrepectful and unprofessional filth I would toss you out on your behind then your wife could do her shopping in the commodities line. -
It's good that guys like JB Buddy can post here. This is because his opinions of drivers are shared by most insiders at trucking companies. If this guy were terminated, he'd be replaced by someone else who shares his views. When he vacates his job, there will be one million JB Buddy clones to take his place.
To these people, truck drivers are a lower form of human. In their minds, the subspecies Homo Sapiens Truckiens exists. Homo Sapiens Truckiens is the lower, less intelligent creature that drives the trucks. -
ok, I'm going to come right out and say it:
I am a JB Hunt Recruiter. I know that immediately blacklists me on most of you from the posts i've read here, but hear me out:
I've been reading this board for about a week, and it looks like an actual recruiter has been here being an a-hole (in the office i work in, I have a fairly good Idea EXACTLY who it is.) and i've seen the admin of the forum, WiseOne, want to talk to (or disassemble in front of you all) a JB Hunt recruiter here. well, I'd like to be the person to answer some questions you have. and No, I do not consider this advertising, since i'm not exactly throwing Jobs at users in this post, nor throwing out my direct line phone number. NOR will i offer it here, you'd have to e-mail me to get it. -
If you answer honestly and fairly, then I look forward to reading your post. It is always good to hear from both sides.
I have never driven for a mega-company, and don't want to, but some people do like to, and make careers there.
I would like to know as a first subject is this, Does the recruiter really knows what goes on after a driver is hired, such as a promised job not being there, very bad home time in many cases, or are you told a rosey story, and then find out on forums like this that things are not as you were told they were.
I know there are some people who can't get along with themselves, and will complain no matter what. This goes for drivers, recruiters, and management.
But I also know where there's smoke, there is usually fire, and there seems to be a lot of smoke posted about JB.
Any light you can shed will be greatly appreciated.
By the way, you are not Sheepdancer are you? -
Recruiters have a job to do just like everybody else and i have no problem with that. what i have a problem with is when they lie Thur their teeth to a driver to get him in then he's stuck in a crappy job that he hates. it's bad for the driver and bad for the company. as long as you can talk with intelligence on this forum i don't think Wiseone will have a problem letting you address drivers concerns and answering questions as long as you do it in a professional manner. I am not a modarator but i will warn you now if you try to activly recruit on this forum you will be banned at once
